Our team is managed by our founder, Soraya, who has vast experience servicing homes like yours. She has a degree in Psychology and has combined her understanding of people with the service she loves providing. She and her husband have endeavored to build their dream – Rosa Home Cleaning. Rama was very punctual and thorough in cleaning my place. I have a lot of things on top of my surfaces and they were all dusted and replaced as they were. We use Rosa Cleaning services for our office and they do an excellent job. All of the staff are very respectful and communicative, they go above and beyond helping us put away deliveries, giving our floors an extra mop before rolling out rugs (and helping us by rolling out the rugs!) and letting us know promptly if they notice any supplies running low. They even called me when they were working and there was a disturbance in the neighborhood so I could call the police! We appreciate the crew at Rosa so much!

Soroya's team was fantastic, personable, and did a great job with the house. They were communicative to find out just what we needed each time, checked in when I got too busy to remember to schedule cleanings, and were generally a joy to have. They even spent a bit of time with my dog to ensure he was comfortable and enjoyed them being over, definitely an extra touch. I'm sad we've moved out of their service range, but recommend them for anyone looking for a regular cleaning service.

They scheduled with me a virtual walkthrough of their services and cleaning fees beforehand. They arrived on time and always keep me updated on their way too. Rosa and her crew did incredibly thorough work as promised. Our house ( floors, countertops, showers, light fixtures, etc) have never ever been more clean. They were all lovely and hard working and very professional. The job took quite a bit longer than projected but I think that was a function of estimating by video chat. A walk through in normal times would have likely produced a more accurate estimate. I highly highly recommend Rosa’s Services for any deep clean you may desire

A bit pricier than my last deep cleaning but way more in-depth (windows, fridge, grease stains, carpet and hard floor cleaning), so it was well worth it! They were very meticulous and paid attention to detail for a deep clean after the tenant left the apartment a mess about 2 weeks ago. I was blown away at the difference! The bathroom (which I thought I'd have to completely demolish) was as close to sparkling as humanly possible. Two ladies came to clean for about 5 or more hours! Dedication! Note that with the trash removal service add-on, it is only moving the trash outside. You will still need to plan to dispose of the trash items yourself. Well worth the $. I highly recommend!

Wear face masks the entire time we’re in your home
Wear shoe covers the entire time we’re in your home
Sanitize our hands and put on gloves before entering your home
Change gloves between bathrooms and kitchens to avoid cross-contamination
Use brand-new sponges for every client
Exclusively use paper towels on toilets

We incorporate the industry best practices and use the best cleaning equipment to make your home spotless. We prioritize the use of less toxic products and disposable sponges. Furthermore, all our vacuums have HEPA filters, and we use steam cleaner where there is a need for a 100% chemical-free cleaning or when delicate surfaces such as natural stones need a deep cleaning.

Do I have to sign a contract for your residential cleaning service?

You do not have to sign a long-term contract to use our recurring cleaning services. You can make changes to the service or cancel it anytime.

Do you use your own cleaning products?

Yes, we do, but we are open and happy to use the products of your choice.

Can I hire one of your cleaning professionals directly?

No. Each of our professionals signs a contract not to solicit or accept direct employment from our customers.

What about tipping my cleaners?

Our cleaners are allowed to accept tips. We thank you in advance for your generosity!

What’s Included In Our Recurring Cleaning Services?

Our housekeepers will work with you to customize your cleaning service. You can add or remove tasks like laundry, dishes, changing bed and covers, cleaning and organizing cabinets, arranging closets, picking up things and putting them away, and more to the package at any time. Whatever your routine housekeeping service needs are, our professionals are here to help.

Are there services you don’t provide?

Cleaning plastic or aluminum blinds (light dust only)
Washing or spot cleaning walls or removing nails
Moving heavy objects including (though we will clean the area if you have moved them):
Refrigerators (due to potential water line disruption)
Stoves (because of gas or electrical connections)
Affixed appliances (dishwasher, built-in microwaves, etc.)
Carpet Cleaning (shampoo carpeting)
Biohazards and Body Fluids/Waste
We do not clean properties with any kind of infestation problem (bugs, vermin, mold, etc.)
Any elevated work that requires more than a 2-step step stool*

*We can do ladder work, but it must be specified and is by appointment only
